Janu Taal is a small lake in Churah Valley of Chamba Himachal Pradesh. It is located at an altitude of 3490 meters on the way of Mahal Naag Lake. There is also a small temple of Mahal Nag on one side of the lake and every year during Mahal Naag yatra devotees set up there camp near Janutala(Local name for Janu Taal) and then next morning they start their yatra towards Mahal Naag Lake.
As shown in this video we started our trek from Tarela Village and there is a lot to see on the way to Janu Taal. Nodal dhar and Mansa Dhar are such a delight to see as they offers a beautiful view of entire Churah Valley and a sunrise with the mighty Sach Pass.
Though you can also reach Janu Taal from Mangli village side and that is also a beautiful one but the one from Tarela village is the shortest route and also offers the best view. I hope this video will be helpful for you guys to reach here and if you have any query about this trek please do ask in comments.

Nice bro

I was really amazed when I came through this link. I was not expecting that there could be a professional website dedicated towards trekking and hiking. I came to this website randomly and all were aliens to me except for Sachin Rathore. So good to see Chambyalis creating new horizons and new paths and exploring the unexplored. All the very best guys
We are not professional but we’re doing whatever we can on that direction and glad that you liked our efforts. Thank you for your time and well wishes sir.
